Tomorrow, March 7, 2023, there will be a full moon (ouuhhh) 🌚 & like the moon an impact on the tides, therefore water & that the human body is made up of 80% water, we dare to believe (a little ) that the full moon can also influence us. It is therefore impossible for us to miss this opportunity to talk about little well-being rituals to treat yourself for the occasion! 🌙

We are not scientists and even less sorcerers*, but we do not hide from you that this star intrigues us greatly and that, if we can help the impact that the moon has on us, then why not allow ourselves to talk a little about it here. 🌕

Let's start with a little astrology. 🌜

In astrology, the moon is the star that governs our emotions . It reveals how our life experiences are reflected in our mood. While Sun signs represent action, Moon signs help us know how a person will react to certain stimuli, as well as the relationships he has with others. It sheds light on the unconscious reasons that push us to act in this or that way and, in this sense, allows us to better understand individuals. 🌝

More broadly, the Moon is also associated with the cycle of life , but also with the feminine , with dreams and fertility. When it is full, it is possible to see some of our emotions increased tenfold... which shows us the aspects of our existence that we need to work on. The Full Moon is also the ideal opportunity to practice certain rituals , to benefit from the incredible energy it releases that evening. We reveal three of them below by pairing them with the products in the store… 🌙

1. Evaluate your energy 🌿

Take a quiet moment to assess whether you are feeling tired or energetic and to listen to the thoughts that are going through your mind. You can practice meditation for a few minutes, or simply sit in silence with your eyes closed and focus on your breathing. This will calm the mind and allow you to see more clearly what you are feeling. This will also stop unwanted thoughts to help you, from a subconscious point of view, establish stronger thoughts, which you deeply desire and which are holding you back. To enjoy this little ritual, we suggest you make an infusion of lemon balm , chamomile or skullcap .

2. Write your thoughts in a journal ✨

Take a moment to focus on the positive things in your life. Write a list of all the things you are grateful for, whether they are people, experiences, or situations. Writing about your gratitude is a great way to focus on the positive aspects of your life, and manifest more positivity in your life. Accompany your moment of reflection with one of our pretty antique lanterns .

3. Body care 🧖🏻‍♀️

The full moon is a great time to take care of your body. Take a nice hot bath with bath salts and essential oils, light candles and relaxing music. Our favorite way to take a bath is, unsurprisingly, our lavender bath milk . Sprinkle it in your water and watch it transform into a sweet milk naturally flavored with lavender for guaranteed relaxation.
