Directions for use
The infuser advises you to add one teaspoon of Rooibos per person to your teapot. Pour in simmering water (95°C) for a 5-minute infusion, then filter.

Recipe idea:

1. Infuse 1 tbsp of mixture in 30ml of hot water for 6 minutes to obtain a rooibos concentrate, then filter.
2. Pour 10 ml of vanilla syrup into the infusion (we like the Bacanha brand) then let it cool
3. Place ice cubes in a pretty glass
4. Add 200 ml of almond or coconut milk according to your preference
5. Pour the rooibos shot
