To prepare chamomile infusions, take 1 tablespoon of flowers for 150 ml of simmering water. Leave to infuse for 10 minutes covered, then filter. Drink 2 to 6 cups daily between meals, approximately 30 to 60 minutes after the meal is finished.

For babies: For sleep or in case of colic, give chamomile infusion at the rate of two teaspoons diluted in milk from the bottle.
