Here are some high-protein, low-carb breakfast ideas

An infusion - of course!

To start your day off right, have an infusion instead of your coffee. We tend to think about them in the evening but they are recommended first thing in the morning. Chamomile, for example, regulates blood sugar levels. We recommend Zen No. 8 with chamomile for morning use, but we have several blends to choose from depending on your goal: calming, vitality, elimination. As soon as you wake up, opt for plants rather than a coffee with milk which will weigh down your digestive system.

An omelet

Eating eggs is a great source of protein. The omelette, for example, is a quick recipe to make in the morning for a savory breakfast that you can spice up with a little basil for more freshness or vegetables depending on the season. A variation is the white omelette with only the whites or scrambled eggs, a great protein breakfast classic.

Vanilla chia pudding

To prepare the day before. Thanks to their fiber content, chia seeds, usually praised for their richness in Omega 3, help to regulate blood glucose levels more effectively by slowing down the digestion of carbohydrates. Mix chia seeds with unsweetened almond milk, for example, then leave to cool until you obtain a thick mixture. For more deliciousness add cinnamon, vanilla if you have it, a few almonds and even a small quantity of red fruits like strawberries full of antioxidants.

Good breakfast!
