Horsetail contains organic acids, including silicic acid, flavonoids, mineral materials such as potassium, saponosides, traces of alkaloids and vitamin C. Horsetail is known to treat kidney and heart conditions. the bladder: cystitis, stones, lithiasis, etc.

Horsetail infusions help prevent osteoporosis, accelerate the healing of fractures or strains, slow the onset of osteoarthritis and help fight joint and bone ailments.

Allow 1 tablespoon, or approximately 2 grams, of dried horsetail plant for a 150 ml cup of cold water. Let macerate for 8 to 12 hours and reheat for 10 minutes before filtering. Drink 2 to 4 cups per day outside of meals.
