Prepare this beautiful infusion

Prepare an infusion with a tablespoon of meadowsweet flowering tops per cup, leave to infuse for ten minutes in simmering water (never boiling). You can enjoy the preparation hot or cold. To prepare a liter, use 4 tablespoons of meadowsweet.

As it is an astringent plant, be sure to hydrate well or combine meadowsweet with a moistening or softening herb.
